The Louisiana Public Facilities Authority is governed by a seven member Board of Trustees.  Each member is appointed by the Governor of the state of Louisiana.  The term of service for each Trustee is set by the Governor.  All terms are staggered in duration.  The LPFA Board of Trustees is comprised of professional, business and community leaders from across the state.  The Board officers of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary-Treasurer are elected by the Board annually.  The Board holds regular monthly meetings to handle all matters of the LPFA presented on the meeting agenda.
